... not only that the Ferment team has completely convinced us from a culinary point of view, but especially that the people we met as hosts that evening were simply wonderful. Really seldom have we been able to spend an evening in such a relaxed and informal manner, but which meets the highest standards. This professional and cordial approach to us as guests continued throughout the evening. HAT OFF - we'll be back!

Nice ambience, friendly welcome. The table very close to the wall, so that the service can only reach these seats with great difficulty. The pre-ordered table was nicely set. The menu comes quickly and is clearly laid out. The first drinks after 45 min. Sorry that is definitely too long for drinks. (1 star deduction) After a little over an hour and a half, the first starters. 90min. Waiting for a carpaccio? Sorry, the next star goes swimming. In the meantime, the accompanying children are getting nagged, they are hungry and notice that other tables that were occupied more than 30 minutes later have already received their food. After 2 hours the food is served. For this there is the next star deduction. Well the food ..... as a friend of the simple dishes and the fast food, the two greetings from the kitchen were meant nicely, but could not console the extreme waiting time. The burger I ordered came with a really good patty, well seasoned, super fried, cooked through but not fried to death, close to perfect. Tomato, onion, relish and whatever else goes with it was well coordinated. A bit too much green salad, but that's a matter of taste. The enjoyment of the burger was marred by a totally lathered bun. Apparently nobody has heard of putting a burger bun on the grill plate or on a toaster. This bun smeared away while eating. What the patty showed in a positive way was negated by the bun. The fries served with it were good, the dips mayonnaise and Heinz ketchup were absolutely okay. The dessert, a creme bruellet with a passion fruit sorbet was really tasty, there is nothing to complain about. My personal conclusion, the food is delicious, but for the price it is better and cheaper elsewhere. For the waiting time, compensation for pain and suffering would actually have been due ..... Well, I won't stop here anytime soon.

After an excellent aperitif, we enjoyed wonderful starters and main courses and excellent wine in a wonderful outdoor atmosphere with very nice and good service. Thank you.

For our 10th wedding anniversary we visited the Ackermann restaurant. We enjoyed a wonderful meal in the beautiful garden and were served in a friendly manner. As with our wedding in 2010, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

It's not what it used to be for a long time. The soup was cold, after a friendly request that the soup be warmed up: the cook could be heard shouting into the restaurant after complaining. The taste of the food was unfortunately not good either. The owner himself complains about the work with his guests that he doesn't feel like it anymore, that's why 2 rest days a week. Perhaps that is why the quality suffers and unfortunately also the service?

Perfect. An unforgettable culinary evening. The food is simply a dream, the accompanying wines go perfectly and the service extremely attentive and courteous. The fact that star chef Laurin Kux personally introduces the dishes makes the whole thing very special and individual.

For Gourmets an absolute Must - we had a great time!

Simply recommended, therefore 5 * stars. The price is very reasonable, especially the good wines are recommended. In addition, the very nice service. Despite Corona, people like to stay here. Thanks for the nice evening.

Very tasty food, well presented and seasoned, in generous portions, made our wedding day a highlight. As a starter Pulpo on salad, almost a main course, the portion was so generous. The salad tasted excellent. The main course is calfskin, so tender, on an ingenious sauce, so that a knife was almost unnecessary. The very nice service staff and the great ambience (beautiful large garden with swings and herb garden) must not be forgotten. So we will eat there more often now, so I imagine a really "great restaurant"!

The food was really delicious, the atmosphere was right, but I was extremely unhappy with the service! Referral among colleagues in front of guests is a no-go. There was also no adoption. Glasses that were no longer needed were simply left on the table. I would not care in a snack bar, but it is bad in the upscale kitchen. Nevertheless it was a nice evening, therefore 4 instead of 3 stars.

In the Ferment you eat at a very high level by Münsteran standards, which is due to the kitchen tour by Laurin Cux. I opted for a 4/5 star rating, as performance should always be assessed in relation to the price. In the case of ferment, the 6-course menu was fun, but the wine accompaniment was not convincing.

Friday night, we had 4 people table 16. Operation very friendly and accommodating. The food a dream. It was a great evening. We will be back. Thank you

Outstanding experience all around. This is an upscale place, but very welcoming and not at all pretentious. Staff are friendly, attentive, fast, and accommodating. Food is excellent. I had the filet steak on ravioli (perfectly grilled medium rare), and it was the best steak I have ever had anywhere in Germany, easily on par with the best I've had in upscale California steak houses. Also great were Wiener Schnitzel (veal, as it should be), the rump steak, and the house burger. Kids had chicken schnitzel (substitution of veggies was no problem at all) and loved them. Highly recommended.

Slow service, food was OK but nothing special

Very good restaurant. Very nice and competent service. I had the gratin rump steak with mustard crust. Just great. For dessert, mens cream with real chocolate - perfect. I will definitely come back.

Very nice location, the zander I ate was really great and also the idea to make the sauce a bit with asparagus, would have liked to have a bit more whistle
